I do buy my items at a variety of places and can't guarantee that this pattern has not been around smoke at some point. I don't smell any odor on it and would never buy it if I did. However, I do have 2 cats who like to "share" a hair or two so if you're sensitive please be aware!
All patterns are placed and sealed into a cellophane protective wrap after they are pictured and stored in a cool protected storage space.
